We are delighted to welcome you to the Single-Domain Antibody Conference 2027, the biennial gathering that brings together the world's leading researchers, clinicians, and industry partners working at the forefront of VHH and Nanobody® science.

Following the great success of SdAb2025 in Utrecht, we are excited to host the 2027 edition at the Stadthalle in Göttingen, Germany, a vibrant university city with deep roots in science and a thriving life-science community.

This year, we introduce a dedicated focus on AI-driven sdAb design, from generative models for de novo VHH generation to computational tools for humanization, developability assessment, and library design. As machine learning reshapes how we discover and optimize single-domain antibodies, SdAb2027 will be the meeting place to explore what is now possible.

Across 2.5 days of plenary sessions, the program spans the full breadth of the field: sdAb development and optimization, research tools, diagnostic applications, and therapeutic translation, from bench discovery to clinical practice. Invited talks, selected oral presentations, poster sessions, and dedicated industry pitches create ample opportunities to share your latest findings and forge new collaborations.

We look forward to welcoming approximately 500 participants from academia, pharma, CROs, and the broader sdAb community. Whether you are a long-standing member of this field or attending for the first time, we hope SdAb2027 will be an inspiring and memorable event.
